• We accept payments through Razorpay and PayPal, covering multiple payment options including credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking.

• Users may reschedule their consultations as per availability. However, cancellations after booking are not eligible for refunds.

• Users' data is securely stored and deleted after the completion of the service.

• If a consultation is not completed due to technical issues from our side, we will reschedule the session at no extra cost.
